During our review, we noticed that Cool Handle, unlike many other providers, spends the time to offer some unique features that sets itself apart. They offer FFMpeg support, Subversion software and Tomcat Java Server.

While, they are somewhat new to the VPS market, we must say that Cool Handle has a fantastic reputation for offering excellent support and service, across all of their products. During our tests, we used their VPS service and I must say; WOW! Their VPS service, was easy to use and extremely fast!

During our review, we were provided with fast service and absolutely no downtime or latency of any kind. Although, we did not test for years, we took a look at some other customer reviews of theirs in addition to other up-time tools. We had a chance to call and test their support. Their support picked up the phone after about 2 rings and was very knowledgeable. We tried to grill them about some high-end questions, but that was no problem for them. On the phone they were very clear to understand and polite.

Conclusion

Although Cool Handle is not the largest web hosting company, you would never be able to tell. They offer all the latest services including VPS and dedicated servers at very good prices.

We had a chance to test all of their products and support. Their products delivered very good performance and was quite easy to use. Their support was great too. When we called, the customer support person helped me out and was easy to work with.

We didnt like the fact that currently the only offer one setup of their dedicated servers, although we were assured that in the coming months new features would be added.
